1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using oaksphereaviationfinancing.com (the "Site"), creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Oaksphere Aviation Financing LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Oaksphere," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

Oaksphere provides educational content, certification guidance, and career-path resources for individuals pursuing drone operation, piloting, and related aviation careers. This includes:

• Free and paid membership tiers offering access to job listings, certification exam preparation, resume templates, salary guidance, and other career resources
• Referrals and affiliate links to third-party education providers for certification coursework
• Referrals to third-party lending partners for flight training financing
• Information about invoice factoring and financing services for aviation business owners, operated under a separate Oaksphere entity

Oaksphere does not itself provide flight instruction, FAA-administered testing, or act as a lender. We connect members to third parties who provide these services.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account creation and authentication on this Site are managed through Memberstack, a third-party service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how account data is handled.

4. Membership Plans & Billing

Oaksphere offers Free, Pro, and Elite membership tiers. Pro and Elite memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Pricing for each tier is displayed on the Membership page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
• Oaksphere does not store your full payment card details. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe.

5. No Guarantee of Earnings or Employment

Any salary figures, earnings ranges, or income statements referenced on this Site — including in connection with drone certification, pilot certification, or any career path described — are reported industry data points (such as figures sourced from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics or comparable industry reporting), not promises, guarantees, or representations of what any individual user will earn.

Actual earnings and employment outcomes vary significantly based on location, employer, experience, market conditions, and individual effort, and are influenced by factors outside Oaksphere's control. Completion of any certification, course, or membership tier does not guarantee employment, a job offer, a specific salary, or any particular career outcome. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a personal or individualized earnings claim.

6. Third-Party Education & Financing Partners

Oaksphere participates in affiliate and referral relationships with third-party education providers and lending partners, which may include companies such as Pilot Institute, DataCamp, Drone U, and others identified on the Site from time to time. Oaksphere may receive a commission or other compensation when you enroll in a course or financing product through a link on this Site.

Oaksphere does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, quality, accuracy, pricing, or business practices of these third-party providers. Your enrollment in any third-party course, or your application for any third-party financing product, is governed by that provider's own terms, and any dispute regarding such services should be directed to that provider.

Where a financing partner link is shown as temporary or pending approval of a formal partnership, this will be clearly noted on the relevant page.

7. Aviation Business Factoring Referrals

Information regarding invoice factoring and financing for aviation business owners is provided in connection with Oaksphere Financial, a related business offering referrals to factoring providers. Factoring terms, rates, and approval are determined solely by the third-party factoring provider, not by Oaksphere.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or credentials; share your account access with others; attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or other members' data; use automated means to scrape or extract Site content; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, course materials, and the Oaksphere name and logo — is the property of Oaksphere Aviation Financing LLC or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of materials clearly provided for download (such as resume templates).

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Oaksphere does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings, course information, or financing terms displayed are current or accurate at all times, as much of this information is sourced from third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oaksphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your enrollment in any third-party course, or your application for any third-party financing product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
